We process your order usually within 2 -4 working days. You will be notified by email when your items is ready for shipment. Our prices are shown without VAT.
All national orders (within Switzerland) and international orders (except for Germany) are VAT free at checkout and shipped by PostPacEconomy and take up to 3 days.
All orders with destination address in Germany are charged with 19% VAT at check-out without additional fees (we send DDP - delivery duty paid by us).
International shipping outside the EU is possible. Please email us your order and we will arrange invoice & shipping individually. We will find the best shipping option for you, but international shipping outside CH and EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which you are responsible for.
Unfortunately LAHARA has no control over customs charges, but we are happy to help you during the process. If you choose not to accept your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us unless agreed otherwise. All parcels are insured until 500 €. Losses exceeding 500 € are at the cost of the recipient unless additional insurance is requested by email.
The Swiss post and our courier services are usually reliable and safe.
We are confident that you will love your LAHARA purchase, yet fully understand if you need to return your purchased item. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to contact us for a refund or exchange on email@example.com. Delivery costs will be at your own expense.
We simply ask you to return the product in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging, otherwise we won’t be able to process the refund.
If the purchased product arrives damaged, please notify us within the same day via email. Please be aware that each vegetable tanned leather hide has its own variations & markings. Due to the nature of vegetable tanned leather, slight variations in colouring or mild surface scratching may therefore occur and should not be any cause for concern.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for loss or damages during transit, so any damage on parcel’s packaging must be reported immediately to the courier company.
